My husband and I were looking to relocate from the Bay Area to the Roseville/Rocklin area and we were referred to Michele by our realtor in the Bay Area. We really feel we hit the lotto finding Michele! Right off the bat she was friendly and welcoming and really took the time to get to know us so she could recommend the right neighborhood for us and our growing family. She did a lot of research and had numerous homes lined up for us to look at. Since we were not familiar with the Roseville/Rocklin neighborhoods, she spent all day touring us around. She was honest, informative and made sure she put our needs first. Her knowledge of the area really helped us pick out the perfect neighborhood. When we found the home we wanted to put an offer in, Michele really went to bat for us. She worked hard and got us an incredible deal! We really enjoyed working with Michele. Not only did we get the house of our dreams, but we also got a lifelong friend.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars.....I love this woman!!!! She will not disappoint... Michele is the best...... After working with Michele I would jump at the opportunity to refer her to my friends and family so they could experience greatness. All of my referrals purchased homes with Michele and all had nothing by great things to say. Purchasing a home is already a stressful experience (that is if you don't have Michele as your agent). She made everything so pleasant. Michele is on top of her game and makes things happen. If I called or emailed with questions she was extremely prompt in her response and always so willing to assist no matter what time of day or night. She new what questions to ask during the entire process from looking at homes to signing the paper work to doing the final walk through. I could go on and on about how great she is. Michele goes above and beyond with her service. She was recommended to us by my son who Michele represented on the purchase of his home in Rocklin 6yrs ago. She helped locate our home in the stoneridge area of Roseville which we both love. She also helped as a witness to our trust as witness being knew to the area we needed someone other than a relative.
We consider her very trust worthy and a good freind. She recently helped our Daughter and her family purchase a home in Rocklin's sunset whitney area. She is a true professional.

We had been house shopping for almost a year and it had been a bit of a tought road and then we met Michele and she not only helped us find our dream home within a couple weeks but we sold our other home about 10 days on the market.
When we made an offer on our dream home she helped us craft an offer that put as at an advantage without spending more than we wanted to on the house. She also helped us negotiate when we found out a few things about the house that needed some work.
Now, when it came to the selling of the house....it was stressful to say the least. I was aways so thankful for Michele’s calm voice on the other end of the line. There were several bumps along the way and she was always willing to help even if it was out of her scope of duty....as an example we had fan that wouldn’t work the week before listing the house and she had a handyman stop by to fix it by the next day. She’s extremely knowledgeable, responsive and most importantly a person of intergrety. I trust her and would recommend her to EVERYONE.

I had been seeking out a good realtor for quite some time when I met Michele at an Open House she was holding. I new walking out that she would be perfect for us. We decided to downsize and hired her to sell our home and find us a new one. Michele took her time looking through our home and asking us what we liked, didn't like, what we were looking for, etc. She then had our criteria and only directed us to what we were looking for. Michele found us the absolute perfect home in a couple of weeks. She successfully negotiated the transaction, getting us the home in a bidding war. She then listed our house and sold it within 2 days. During the whole process, Michele checked in almost daily, answered my texts immediately, calmed me when I was worried, and cheered us on. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and this was, by far, was the smoothest process. I highly recommend Michele!

What a pleasure to work with Michele. Her enthusiasm and experience could not have made shopping for a new home more enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable. I did not buy a home from her the first try. Being self-employed made the process more challenging because qualifying for a home loan is so difficult for business owners like me these days. I told her I WILL buy a home from HER because I was so impressed she spent so much time with me knowing I may not qualify when all is said and done. She didn't stop. She found me a lender who went the extra mile who looked at the big picture. I am happy to say that I'm writing this review from inside my new home.
